This market will settle to Yes if Alina Habba is the next person to formally assume the position of United States Attorney General by December 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET. Outcome Sourced from the US Department of Justice and the US Senate.
A person will be considered to formally assume the position of United States Attorney General if they are appointed to the position by the President and confirmed by the Senate, or if they assume the position through a recess appointment. Acting or interim holders of the specified position do not qualify.
