This market will settle to Yes if CoreWeave (CRWV) reports GAAP earnings per share (EPS) above -$1.18 for the third quarter of CoreWeave's fiscal year 2026. Outcome sourced from CoreWeave's official earnings documents.
CoreWeave typically reports GAAP EPS as net income (loss) "per share attributable to common stockholders."
GAAP EPS refers to diluted GAAP EPS, unless this is not published, in which case it refers to basic GAAP EPS. If CoreWeave reports different GAAP earnings per share figures for multiple share classes, the figure for CRWV will be used. For companies whose primary listing is outside the United States, the earnings per share figure for the security traded in the United States under CRWV will be used; where that security is an American Depositary Share (ADS) or American Depositary Receipt (ADR), the figure per ADS or ADR that CoreWeave reports counts. For a company that reports under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) instead of U.S. GAAP, EPS under IFRS, including any national or regional version of IFRS (such as Taiwan-IFRS (TIFRS), K-IFRS or IFRS as adopted by the European Union), will be treated as GAAP EPS. If CoreWeave reports this measure separately for continuing operations because it has sold, spun off or agreed to sell part of its business (discontinued operations), the continuing-operations figure counts, not the figure that includes discontinued operations. If the figure is reported in more than one currency, the U.S. dollar figure counts.
The figure is taken from CoreWeave’s filings on SEC EDGAR (Form 8-K, Form 10-Q or Form 10-K, or, for a foreign issuer, Form 6-K, Form 20-F or Form 40-F). If no EDGAR filing containing the figure has been published by 11:59 PM ET on the day CoreWeave releases its results, the figure in CoreWeave’s official earnings materials posted on its investor relations website counts. If the two show different figures before settlement, the EDGAR filing governs.
If CoreWeave does not report GAAP EPS for the specified quarter by December 25, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, the market will settle to last fair market price. Restatements to previously reported data made after the initial release of official earnings materials will not be considered, unless made to correct clearly erroneous data; clearly erroneous published data may delay settlement pending correction.
